i have been charged for 4 phone calls to 0330 and 0300 numbers which i have not made ,but i have had phone calls from these numbers which i do not answer, so why am i bing charged/

Odd. You would need to speak to Sky. In the absence of a fault their stance is likely to be that the charges can only appear on your bill if the calls were made on your line.
