payment
Good afternoom,
im just wondering why is my next bil on the 20th november this month if i already made a payment bill on the 16th Nov this month

You appear to have made an unnecessary manual payment too close to your direct debit or continuous card payment.
If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. A credit will appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid. This should automatically be used to pay your next months bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. I would recommend not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.
In addition, making a payment on the 16th won't be processed until today at the earliest as that was a Saturday when the banks are closed.

The 20th is your billing date so Sky will take the payment from you n that date. The payment you manually made will probably appear in your account as a credit.
