I have just updated my sky account and in the summary e mail that follows see that i am being charged £1.75 for paper bills that i have "asked for" - but have never actually received in the last 5 years or so ??
Is any one else actually seeing or paying this ?
In settings - communication by post is switched / selected OFF !
Question is - is it an actual charge as i dont see it summarised in any previous bills ??

My paperless bill setting is ON -
meaning i dont receive paper bills, and therefore should not be charged
