overpaying

Hi.

does anyone can help out how i can email or send message to sky broeadband?

as they have been take money off my account more than needed. so i would like to get my cash back.

Have you been making unnecessary manual payments and then Sky have been taking payment via the method you've previously set up?

Has your discount ended as your bill on the MySky app will show if this is the case when you compare it with a previous one.
