Linking two different Sky accounts

Hi, I need help from a moderator or the ID Team to manually link my services.

I have two separate accounts at the same address – one for Sky TV and one for Sky Mobile. I want to access both under a single Sky ID login.

However, every time I try to link the second account myself, the online portal crashes with a "Postcode error / try again later" loop. I tried using the "Invite User" workaround from my Details page, but it still forces me back to the broken postcode page.

Could a moderator please escalate this request to the backend messaging team? I need an agent to manually link my Sky TV and Sky Mobile account numbers together on your backend system so they both show up under my primary Sky ID. Thank you.

Two accounts at different addresses can not be linked as you need separate accounts and therefore separate logins to access the account details for them both.

Hi. I have a similar issue where I have two sky products (Sky Mobile & Sky Q) but my account only shows my mobile. Does anyone know how I can add my Sky Q box to my account?

I have tried the below page but it didn't seem to bring me to somewhere I could link my Sky TV.  https://www.sky.com/linkmyaccount

Both products are connected to the same email address and home address. I have both product numbers, I'm just unable to find the page where I can link these two together.

Apologies @amelb8 I did misread your post so for help with this you need to call Sky and ask to speak to their ID Management team.

I am afraid not. I followed the steps and it asked me to visit the link I posted in my previous message, however that link doesn't seem to be working for me. 

After pressing on the link to link my account, I am asked to sign in and then it takes me to a Sky homepage talking about TV deals - there is no option to begin the linking process. Any ideas?

I think you will also need to call Sky and ask to speak to their ID Management team as hopefully they can help you with this.
