no Disney +

your email suggests that Disney+ has been added to my subscription. I did not ask for this and don'twant it . I would like you to confirm that I'm not being charged for Disney+.

@GAC  The basic with ads tier of disneyt+ is a Free addition, you c an check your bills for this, have  you looked at your bills?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

Unless you've signed up for Disney+ you aren't subscribed to it and therefore aren't being charged anything (Disney+ with ads is free anyway).

Hi @GAC   If you don't want the free Disney+ then simply don't activate it.
