Been finding it impossible dealing with sky after renewing my contract and not understanding the accent of the agent and then finding I had been added to sky sports and sky cinema

I presume it's at the agreed cost?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Sometimes Sky Sports and Cinema are added by agents or engineers for a trial period of 1 or 2 months in the hope you'll like them and not cancel thus paying the full standard fee.

 

If this is what has happened in your case and the offer was not understood due to you not being able to fully understand the agent you need to recontact Sky and give 31 days notice to cancel them. Make sure cancellation doesn't impact another discount.
