new order . they took £5 during process why?
so while placing new order it clearly said free delivery of router.. but in final page they still charged me £5 but didnt specify what its for? i did try to get through to someone via char but these days the bots wont let that happen

Has the £5 been credited back on what will be your next bill, if not then you will have to stay on the line for as long as you can.
