new costomer

i ordered today as a new costomer got all the details of the instalation and the times paid for it was really happy then got home to a email saying it was cancelled but i didnt do anything

In that case it is worth you calling Sky to find out what has happened and for why.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
