I couldnt get any answer through SKY robot and it advised me to come here. i Basically I already have a sky simm for many years but changed it to a cheaper tariff ie £6 a month. i went through all the proper procedures, and now i seem to have my old contract still and a new mobile number which i am paying for as well. so instead of paying £11 a month, bringing it down to £6 a month with a Christmas deal, i am now paying for two simms cards that are costing me £19 a month. Any help would be great!

Of course, the best offers are only available for additional SIM's...
Any new SIM will have a new phone number. If you aren't bothered about keeping your number then simply give notice to cancel the old SIM (if out of contract).

Hi I want to keep my number as I've had it years. Could sky fix this for me?

Unless Sky are prepared to cancel your new SIM and apply the offer to your old SIM then no.
However, you can do this yourself by porting the number out of the network and back in to your new SIM.
