Haven’t received my gift voucher

Hi I rang up abit 3 weeks ago I referred a friend to sky they said they would send the voucher in a week I waited a month  and sky said they would send a complimentary voucher through but haven't received it yet wondered when I would get it

Hi, Give them another call and see how it goes. Sometimes it can take up to 6 weeks

It can take up ti 45 days for you to be sent the email asking you to claim your refer a friend reward so it might be worth keeping an eye on your trash/bin folders incase this email ends up in any of these folders in error.
