we dealed with customer service and we dealed with 30£. he told me 1st month you would paid 15£ more and another months i would pay 30£ everymonth. but i am seeing that i paid 5£- 7.5£ more last two months. i already got a lot of offer i am thinking seriously change my broandband supplier.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your future bills are wrong then as you did before you will need to call Sky. When you do speak to them give them the date and time you spoke to them about this so if needs be they can listen to what was said to you.
