my bill is too high

My internet subscription has ended and I didn't know about it. I didn't receive any mail or message informing me about it. I was paying £27 a month and now I pay £43. I want to choose a new package but SKY's offer is £38 which is ridiculous and too high. BT is £29 a month. If SKY does not correct this mistake immediately, I will change immediately. they can never be reached. this is a robbery.

@orgun If your minimum term has ended and you are now paying full price that is no mistake, there is nothing for Sky to put right, if you are not happy with the price you can either call Sky to try and negotiate a price you are happy with or move supplier.

@orgun
It's worth noting that Sky will have told you the date the discount was ending when you took it out.

Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount so if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

You can either call Sky or use the following link
