I would like to discuss my account with someone.
Last month i spoke to an adviser to update my account, cancel sky movies, ask about slimmimg down sky sports, getting sky internet and generally updating my account etc.
i struggled to understand the gentleman, he hasnt taken off sky movies and im still paying for it !!!
great customer service for a sky v i p of 21 years +

They do but when you call Sky you will automatically be placed with the next available agent regardless of where they are based.
Is Sky Cinema still shown on future bills?
