money owerd
i paid £92- 82 on wednesday 28th august .moved house on 20th sept contacted sky told them about the move .as my bill is paid in advance sky still say i owe £63-33 do not undertand this .have tried to contact sky but no reply

We can't see your account or bills as we're customers like you. When you say you've tried calling Sky to discuss this and there's no reply, it might just be that the queue to speak to an agent is lengthy but the call will be answered.
