minibox return

Sky sent me a returns package and promised an email which would advise the equipment to return. Does anyone know what Sky needs back as no email  has arrived?

They should contact you and tell you what they are expecting back. In terms of Sky Q, it's the main box, any mini boxes, remotes, power leads although it woukd seem Sky are not requesting the return of all main boxes.

Cancelling Sky Q? You might be asked to return any:

  • Sky Q boxes (including Sky Q 1TB box, Sky @ 1TB UHD box, Sky Q 2TB box)
  • Sky Q Mini box
  • Sky Q remote(s), cables and any other accessories that were provided with your install
  • Sky boosters (if you don't have or aren't keeping Sky Broadband).

Cancelling Sky Broadband & Talk? You might be asked to return any:

  • Sky hub
  • Sky boosters (if you don't have or aren't keeping Sky Q).
  • Sky Max Pods.
