I am trying to get sky broadband. they said the engineer would come next thursday. I want to reschedule for a later date. I made an account on the website, but literally nothing in the account works. I cant check when the engineer is coming, i cant reschedule, everything i click on goes to error.
i tried to call up customer support, impossible to speak to a human.
its incredibely frustrating. is there at least some email address i can use to ask my questions?

It shouldn't ben if you stay on the line long enough and say nothing when asked questions by the bot.
