Hi,
Has anyone else experienced this? I set up broadband approx. 12 months ago at the price of £23 / month. This was competitive at the time (similar to virgin etc) for broadband only.
Settng up was complicated; signing up for one package and then cancelling. It all seemed a bit odd but the sales person was reassuring that I would get the good deal.
12 months on and I've been told that the offer now ends after 12 months. However I'm tied in until May 2025! The new price is £42 / month.
This doesn't seem like transparent selling to me. I've asked to listen to the sale recording to understand if this was explained at the point of sale.
Has anyone else had this experience with Sky?
Thanks
