latest bill

  • Hi, i've paid the amount of £46 on the 1st of November and that was the latest bill, but still shows as 'payment not received', I've checked my bank account and the payment has gone through.

Why are you making manual payments?  Most such payments are logged as a credit against next month's bill if the automated collection is in progress.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

That's not what the contract stipulates but I suspect the payment is simply being processed and will clear soon.

The chances are you have a credit on your account due to making this manual payment as it really is pointless doing this.
