Sky signature on my bill
I've looked at my sky bill and it says
Sky signature £££
And then underneath it says
Sky signature 10days £££
Can anybody explain why im being charged twice

You're being charged for two different date ranges - one for the usual month in advance and the other for an additional 10 days. That can happen if you're new to Sky, or have changed your subscription package.

Hi @Turb22 I suspect it says -10 days. So you are paying for the previous 10 days and the month in advance. Is this your first bill and what do your future bills show?

If you’re a new customer your first couple of bills are usually higher, basically due to the dates they cover (more than the usual number of days). In effect you’ll be charged from the date of the activation up until the end of that billed month, and for the next month in advance. Check your future bills to see if they reflect the amount you were expecting. Also see these links

No this isn't my 1st bill I've been with sky for 5 years and I haven't changed anything. This has been showing on my bill for the past few years

To confirm you have been seeing Sky signature 10days on your bill for the last few years, out of interest how much is it charging you for these 10 days and does it show as a credit ?

No not showing as credit and its about £12 every time and its not just sky signature its sky HD aswell
