help
I had a 2 year contract with ipad, which ended in May, this looks to have continued but I cannot access on MY SKY it keeps telling me to link and then telling me Im already linked but there is no way for me to manage my account as it doesnt show me any of my account details and I cant cancel or change and there does not appear to be any email address for me to contact and I dont have time to be on phone and also the virtual assistant is rubbist. What do I do now as I cant seem to contact anyone as I dont appear to be recognised.

To get you some help with this linking issue I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Sky do not offer 2 year contracts for iPads (Swap12).
I suspect you have a Swap24 contract that is 3 years long. So you have another year to pay...
