Payment

My bill is £119 but my contract for the iPhone 14 Pro Max has finished last month and it was paid last month why is it still on my bill to be paid again after I've had emails to say the contract has ended.

Bear in mind that contracts can be a year longer than you expect.  A Swap24 contract is 3 years (not 2).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
