getting recordings of telephone conversations with SKY

On 4 April 2024 Sky took , by direct debit, more than was agreed in my 18 month contract. We recovered the money and complained (by email).  After several phone calls Sky cut off the Sky service and issued a deadlock letter. I now need recordings or transcripts of the telephone calls from Sky in evidence in my claim for arbitration. Because Sky have cancelled my contract they refuse to accept phone calls or emails and also refuse access to their web page for sending messages. How can I get a message to SKY by  phone email or letter  to request the recordings.

There was a price rise from 1 April which would have increased your 4 April payment.

Sky rarely offer fixed price contracts - as already noted prices can (and do) change.  Unless you have something specific then you appear to be in the wrong?

Via Subject Access Request under the Data Protection Act - see their privacy statement.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

The postal address for complaints is clearly shown on their website:-

Customer Complaints, Sky Subscriber Services Ltd, PO Box 43, Livingston, EH54 7DD

When you say you recovered the money you make it sound like you used your bank to reverse a DD and cancelled the DD mandate. That would make you in breach of the contract I'm afraid unless there's a lot more to the story.
