fraud on account

ive been called from number +44 20 4

telling me account is half price from next month  tv/broadband and phone,  my password had been changed on my account also

@ALEXGILL  Did you give them any info over the phone as this was likely a scam caller.

 

You will need to call Sky to secure your account  with a telephone password.

 

You can chage the password on your Sky online account assuming your e ail address has not been changed by the scammers https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If it's quite likely an expensive phone will now arrive and the scammers will try and collect it.

 

If any such unexpected phone arrives then ensure you only return it to Sky after speaking to them.

We called sky to cancel our telephone line. We were sent a free gift of 2 watches. When checking my bills l notice a new moblie account had be setup and £55 was taken from our account,  we were told by the fraud team that someone would be intouch within 78hrs still waiting.  Be careful all.
