we have been sky customers for 23 years. why do sky tv treat loyal customers like muppets.
We are tied into a contract for the remaining 12 mths.... when signing new cotract sky stream was being rolled out and we were interested..... but as it was still so new no one could be found to discuss it with us.
so i agreed to our new contract on the understanding we could up grade up to it when we wanted to.
That was accepted.
so why do new customers get deals more than50% cheaper than customers with 23 years service.
skystream with super fast broadband for £39.... ive just being quoted £93 plus additional set up charges.

Most likely it's because it's harder to attract new customers than it is to keep existing customers. Like most providers Sky rely on customer inertia.
