my contract ends in april, i have given the required 31days notice, why does my account show estimated payments for may and june ? TIA.

any bills generated on or before your termination date must be paid as normal with a corresponding credit for days beyond termination date applied to what would have been the next available bill after termination date

yes notice acknowledged by sky, but my account shows estimated billing for may and june

Because at present you are still a Sky customer so billing and future billing continues as normal until you have left then any overpayment will appear as a credit that can be refunded to you.

It shouldn't do, I gave my notice yesterday and my future billing changed straight away. I was told it could take up to 48 hours though. Did you get an email confirming the cancellation and end date? If not chase Sky.
