@steveradford  Billing doesn't stop until your termination date has elapsed and continues as normal

any bills generated on or before your termination date must be paid as normal with a corresponding credit for days beyond termination date applied to what would have been the next available bill after termination date

Have you had confirmation of cancellation?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

Because at present you are still a Sky customer so billing and future billing continues as normal until you have left then any overpayment will appear as a credit that can be refunded to you.

Re: ending of contract

It shouldn't do, I gave my notice yesterday and my future billing changed straight away. I was told it could take up to 48 hours though. Did you get an email confirming the cancellation and end date? If not chase Sky.
