I wish to enquire about an issue concerning my billing. My credit card was stolen, yet I only received an email today indicating an unpaid bill and the premature termination of my service. However, I do not wish to terminate my contract. What steps should I take?

@dolah You will have to call Sky and see what your options are, however if you have'nt paid your bill that may be difficult and Sky are well within their rights to terminate your service and contract.

@dolah
If you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription (but you’ll still owe the arrears).

If this is part of a credit agreement purchase (mobile or Sky Glass for example) non payment can see the credit agreement cancelled at which point the full amount becomes due in one payment .
