credit needs refunding

I've had an email to say Sky want to refund me for credit on my old account but the address on the old account is my old address. I no longer live there. There seems to be no way of updating that so i need support in order to receive the funds due. I can't seem to speak to a human on the number provided to organise the credit or on the chat box so this is my only option. Please help me.

If you still have access to your Sky account and can update your payment details then Sky's messaging team on here will be able to refund this for you so can you update the payment details on it ?

I cannot access the details on there but all the bills and payments are there and the bank details will be the same so please can someone on the messaging team issue and let me know the refund is pending. Thank you.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
