creating an account

I have just transferred my sky details to me from my husband who has passed away.  I want to be able to log into sky on the pc.  hiw do i link the account number to a new account

Sorry for your loss.

 

I would have thought that you can use the same login details that had already been set up for the account or do you now have a new account that is in your name instead of a name change on the account your husband had ?
