contract issue
I have been a customer for 10 years, I sign a contract for 29£ for 18 months, and at the end, without my knowledge, they increase the bill to 32£ after 2 months, and the same conversation every year.

Re: contract issue
Unless there are extra charges for example - non inclusive landline calls made on a Sky Talk package the bills should only go up for two reasons;
- the annual price increase (normally April but some customers are seeing this in July/August this year)
- discounts ending or a combination of both.
View the breakdown of your most recent bill and see where the extra £3 factors in.
