Credit on my closed account
I cancelled my sky tv and broadband in March and have since returned all of the equipment. There is a credit amount on my account for £37.77 how will this be refunded? And who do I contact to have this refunded?

If you would like Sky's messaging team can contact you via here tomorrow morning as they should be able to issue the refund for you so let us know if you would like to be contacted by them via here ?

I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
