complaint

I have been a customer since 1990 and have now ended my account becuase Sky left me without tv broadband and landline for 5 weeks.Despite numerous calls they would not send an engineer or replacement router.They were totally incomprtemt and then have now sent me a Termination Charge.Norris 2

If you cancelled whilst subject to a minimum term then an early termination charge may well apply.


We're other customers here.  If you want to complain then you need to contact Sky: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
