Grr
How can I get in touch with sky. Every phone no. I try ask for payment which they are not getting as everything I had with sky got cancelled back in April with the 30day notice so last payment was May

Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation? If you didn't then it's likely you haven't cancelled properly and now owe Sky.

Exact dates are important as a bill may have been generated whilst you were in your notice period. (Bills are generated 14 days before payment date)
In simple terms it's extremely difficult to talk to them with an outstanding payment.

@Tigger7 billing continues, a month in advance, right through your 30 days notice period, as you agreed in your contract. So you're often initially billed for a period beyond the date your services end. That's what Sky will be seeking payment for. Of course, they'll refund any overpayment from the date your services actually ended.
