changing account to a joint one

I would like to change the sky account to a joint one to include my wife (im not getting any younger). She is worried about trying to sort things out if im no longer here - Is this possible.

Unfortunately not.  All accounts have one account holder.  (But can transfer in some circumstances that you mention)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @FE56UKP   You can add her as an additional user by logging on to My Sky and choosing My Details.

The best thing to do is to set up a telephone password with Sky and give the details to your wife. She can then call on your behalf and give Sky instructions on most things, but she won't be able to cancel. Only the accountholder can do that.
