cannot view my bill online

I have read and tried to resolve with previous posts but still unable to view my bills online. I tried to find the area to link my sky account number with my sky ID but cannot seem to find this either. I'm relatively new to Sky and its various forums - virtual assistant with no option to move to live chat etc
