How to change payment info for a specific device on account


Hi there,

 

I have just taken out a new ipad contract on my sky account and would like to use a different payment method for it. Is this possible? It used to be.

No.  Never was for mobile devices under same account.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@LouiseN1  if you have multiple mobile devices on your account then no you can't have a separate payment for a single device 

 

if you have sky tv and/or sky broadband and just a single mobile device then you can have a different payment method to that of tv/broadband for the device

I used to have an older ipad 11 pro on a different payment method.

i have now taken out a new ipad contract but wasn't given the option to change billing for this.

Yes, you can split billing between TV and mobile.  (But not for individual mobile devices if you have multiple)
