Hi there,
I have just taken out a new ipad contract on my sky account and would like to use a different payment method for it. Is this possible? It used to be.

No. Never was for mobile devices under same account.

if you have sky tv and/or sky broadband and just a single mobile device then you can have a different payment method to that of tv/broadband for the device

I used to have an older ipad 11 pro on a different payment method.
i have now taken out a new ipad contract but wasn't given the option to change billing for this.
