cannot access my bills - This page is restricted

Hi, I need to look at my bills and check the monthly ammount. 

When i click on the my bills page it says "this page is restricted" and I cannot get any further. 

help!

Thanks for that, but I think I just  got it sorted myself by clicking on My Products page & there was a button to link my SkyiD with the product I had signed up for. It showed my account number & siad I didn't have anything on order (I think  🤔), but when I went back to the home page I was able to go into 'Bill & Payments' and see my bills.

So all sorted 👍

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I'm having the same problem as @EllenYM, whether I try to access my bills via a web browser or the sky app.

When I select Bill & Payments I'm redirected to https://www.sky.com/bill/unauthorised
& get the 'This page is restricted' message.

I have been with Sky since September 2023 and I have not once been able to access my bills, I've not been able to see any of my products or my details, everything says it's restricted and I've been unable to find anyone to help me. No one has managed to help over the phone. I'm in breathing space for dents at the moment and know I have outstanding debt with Sky but they've told the breathing space scheme that there is no outstanding debts. Please advise

This might be happening if your services are not linked to your main ID so give this a try:


https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-cant-access-all-my-services

 

Or give what @RustyNail posted just above a try.
