Hi i'm due an engineer to come and install broadband to tomorrow. there has been a huge change in circumstances.
i would like to cancel all of this

Just be aware that any cancellation of an engineer appointment at this late notice is likely to result in a charge of £25.

I understand but the property i was moving into has now been condemned and can no longer able to move in there
