hi i have been in hospital this last three months just got home on sunday 03/03/2024 and find my sky stream has been cancelled and they have put debt collectors to recover money owed the problem is i want my account reinstated and pay the money owing but i have no idea about to sort this out

Hi @tam69 unfortunately Skys policy in this is exactly that, if bills are unpaid for 2 months they reserve the right to terminate the contract and will pass the debt your to a debt collector.
You will need to contact the debt collection agency to pay the debt. I guess at this stage you could try phoning Sky and see if they are willing to allow you to take out a new contract.
