I am leaving the country and would like to cancel my contract

For the TV you have to 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "Yes, I still need help" at the bottom of the page.

The quickest way to do that is to call. You can't do it via a public forum. If you're in contract there will be termination charges, and you may need to return your Sky equipment.
