Does anyone know how to cancel a manual payment that is pending?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI'm not sure you can, if you have a payment method setup then all you can do os to let this manual payment be taken then it should appear as a credit which can then be refunded.

If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. Once the unnecessary payment has cleared a credit will appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid. This should automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account, or as @caesarome has indicated we can help getting it refunded. I would recommend not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.
