can’t view bill

I’ve been in touch with sky previously & I’ve either been ignored or not helped but ever since I’ve gotten my iPad a few months ago I haven’t been able to view my bills on my sky account? Like my bills have been getting paid , im logged in & everything but it always says the page is restricted 😕 I’ve done everything I could, deleted the app & reinstalled it, deleted my cache etc

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
