Moving home
I'm trying to move home with my sky but it keeps saying I'm not the primary account holder. I am the primary account holder and in fact the only account holder for my account. I've tried the 'contact us' and it always brings me back to a message saying I'm not the primary account holder.

All you can do is to call Sky.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
