Realistically, cabled broadband can only be supplied if the site infrastructure makes this possible: the Openreach allowance of £2,800 per address doesn't permit much in the way of unique duct or pole provision.

 

As @daveNOS indicates, the dwelling must have its own unique address on the Royal Mail PAF database for ordering to be possible.

 

Satellite television has its own challenges: Sky won't install a ground mount pole or non penetrating dish bracket for example, so that has to be commissioned from an independent contractor.
