Can anyone help me with the following, I keep getting billed for a call on my account, the problem is I do not plug in a phone so it's impossible for me to make a call yet sky bill me for it ... Date: 22 Feb Time: 16:22:19 Type: Service Calls Area: Service Charge - 8 Number: (removed) Duration: 00:00:51 Cost: £0.21
