broadband restricted page

recently switched to sky for broadband, it wont let me access my bill or anything and says the page is restricted, what causes this? i have had sky for years now for my phone so not sure what has happened?

Have you tried linking your broadband account to your Sky ID as per this:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-cant-access-all-my-services

 

Then use your main SKY ID to access your bill ?
