broadband refund

Hi can you please help with sorting my refund sky dont make it easy to find information 18th august 2025 to 25th sept 2025 £57.87

What is this refund from and do you see a credit on your account for it ?

Hi refund is from a cancelled broadband out of contract sold house which is unoccupied no transfer of service needed yes its a credit on my account thanks for your help Paul

Thanks not on social media and the help chat was useless probably just wait a little longer ie the 6 week period thank you for explaining though. Makes you wonder why they wont let people like you escolate things they just want to keep our money as long as possible! Shame on them!!!!!!

The escalations are down as it needs a fix by a third party so there is nothing we or Sky can down with regards to this at present.
