broadband credit refund

I cancelled my broadband , but they still billed me on Sept 1st , today my bill says £72.48 in credit , and that it will go towards my next bill, but I won't have any more broadband bills. How do I get this refunded to me now ? 

By the way when I cancelled Sky TV at the same time , I didn't have this issue., they adjusted straight away. Broadband were a nightmare , and it took me several calls and chats to get the cancellation actioned in the first place.
