Double Payment

I missed my payment for last month, and agreed to pay it as part of this months bill. When paid, I paid off the debt to ensure I didn't get my service restricted. 
When paying it, I specifically selected the part saying to pay the outstanding amount. 

now my monthly direct debit has come out and taken both months money out of my bank. My account hasn't updated to reflect that I paid the overdue amount already, so I have paid £131.22 twice this month. Is there any way I can get one refunded as I have already paid it?

Does your account now show a credit for this amount because if it does then you can ask Sky to refund this to you.

Yes it is showing as credit on the account, but the account is also saying I have missed a payment, which was paid last Friday, so is not acknowledging the payment has been made.
