bills

i am trying to pay a bill online but its linking to an old account, even though you are emailed to the same email about the new set up?

@Arthurhibbard If you left Sky and are rejoining after more than 12 months away your old account would have been closed and a new one created

If you want to use the same email address as the old account you need to remove and replace it with a different address on the old account first

You can do this yourself via this link

Once done your free to create a new sky id using the same email address here

If you have a direct debit or monthly card payment set up (Sky's terms and conditions usually require you to), there's no need to make manual payments. unless Sky request you to.

They are asking me saying it will effect my sky, they know my new address as they have sent me letters to that address
