i am trying to pay a bill online but its linking to an old account, even though you are emailed to the same email about the new set up?

If you want to use the same email address as the old account you need to remove and replace it with a different address on the old account first
You can do this yourself via this link

Once done your free to create a new sky id using the same email address here

They are asking me saying it will effect my sky, they know my new address as they have sent me letters to that address
